Duties and Responsibilities:
- Control and Summaries Parking amount, Data
- Prepare and Process the document to HR for Team OT, Timecard, etc.
- Prepare Payment Request for operation Team.
- Organizing Company’s Events Such as Clean and Green day, Big tenant meeting, Store manager meeting
- Keep Recording and Manage all operation Document (Report, Approval Request, Explain Letter)
- Process and Monitor Staff ID card and system Related to Staff ID Card.
- Prepare Team’s monthly schedule and Report to HR team.
- Some admin task in operation Team assign by manager.
|Holiday||Base on the shift schedule of the month.|
- At least Bachelor degree in Administrative or relevant qualification
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with strong proficiency in written and spoken English. ( Japanese is plus ).
- Be self-motivated and able to work to tight deadlines
- Have good computer skill (Microsoft office, Excel, Power point and internet and email)
- Creative and flexible in work, be able to work effectively and cooperatively with co- workers
- Be able to work with shift schedule (including night shift and holiday shift)
