Duties and Responsibilities:
- To assist the department manager to formulate and improve the administrative
management system and supervise the implementation.
- To maintain and monitor the implementation of administrative rules &
- Responsible for the implementation of the annual administrative plan.
- Manage and control all kind of administrative documents and Responsible for
the management of office fixed assets and office equipment.
- To ensure confidentiality of all documents and record in order
- Distribute documents received from customers or suppliers to relevant
- Other duties assigned by the management
|Holiday||Base on the shift schedule of the month.|
- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related filed
- At least 5 years working experiences for the related field
- Good at English for communication
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible
- Able to communicate with all management levels
- Able to work with shift schedule (weekend and public holiday shift)
