- Bachelor’s degree of Business Administration or other related filed
- At least 3 years experiences in related filed
- Good at English for communication
- Good organizational skills and time management
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially excel
- Strong teamwork & interpersonal skills, friendly and flexible
- Able to communicate with all management levels
- Hard working and be able to work with shift schedule (weekend and holiday shift)
|Holiday||Base on the shift schedule of each month.|
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage and control all kind of administrative documents and office supplies
- To ensure confidentiality of all documents and record in order
- Handle administrative related work inside the office, prepare payment and petty cash
- Distribute documents received from customers or suppliers to relevant departments
- Telephone reception and customer reception
- Other duties assigned by the management
